Red Bull Reporter (“It”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy (together with our Terms and Conditions of Use) and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act), the data controller is Red Bull Company Limited of The Courtyard, 12 Sutton Row, London, W10 4AD.

What this Privacy Policy covers

  • This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Red Bull Reporter does not own or control, or to people that Red Bull Reporter does not employ or manage. In addition, most Red Bull Reporter partners companies have their own privacy statements which can be viewed on their sites.
  • This policy covers how Red Bull Reporter treats personal information that Red Bull Reporter collects and receives. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

Children (Under 16)

  • If a parent believes that his or her child has submitted personal information to Red Bull Reporter, he or she can contact us via e-mail listed below. Red Bull Reporter will promptly delete the information upon learning that the parent is unhappy about the child participation. Red Bull Reporter believes that parents should supervise their children’s online activities and consider using parental control tools available from online services and software manufacturers that help provide a child-friendly online environment. These tools can also prevent children from otherwise disclosing online their name, address and other personal information without parental permission.
  • Red Bull Reporter is a general audience site and is not directed to children under the age of 16. Red Bull Reporter respects the privacy of parents and children and is committed to complying with the data protection act.
  • Red Bull Reporter requires that a parent or legal guardian gives consent should their child, under the age of 18, be selected for a Red Bull Reporter Assignment.

Information we may collect from you

  • You can edit your Red Bull Reporter Registration Information, at any time.
  • You may upload new submissions by logging in.
  • We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Red Bull Reporter service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the Red Bull Reporter newsletter, that are considered part of your Red Bull Reporter account.

Access to Information

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of up to £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
